We are releasing a product based on the E217 series, which was active on the Tokaido Line in Shonan colors.
The E217 series was originally introduced as a vehicle for the Yokosuka Line and Sobu Rapid Line, but three trains were repurposed in 2006 to replace the 113 series on the Tokaido Line. Because the configuration of the Yokosuka/Sobu Rapid Line and the Tokaido Line is different, the 11+4 cars were reconfigured to 10+5 cars, and the couplers and other modifications were made before the trains began operation. After that, the equipment was updated from 2008 to 2012, and the trains were operated until 2015, after which they returned to their original Yokosuka Line and Sobu Rapid Line.
The product is a set that allows you to enjoy the full 15-car formation. The underfloor design is in the original skirt form from before the equipment was updated, and the destination stickers include a headmark that reads "120th anniversary of opening of Yokohama-Kozu section" and a headmark that reads "120th anniversary of complete operation of Shinbashi-Kobe section."
