Kato 10-1872 JNR 20 series sleeper limited express Sakura Nagasaki formation - N Scale
8 Cars Set
The sleeper express ``Sakura'', which was changed to the 20 series in 1964, is a traditional train nickname that represents Japan National Railways in both name and reality.
The formations seen in operation from 1965 to 1972 were divided and merged at Hizen-Yamaguchi (currently Kohoku) Station on the Nagasaki Main Line into formations bound for Nagasaki and formations bound for Sasebo. The Maya 20, a modified Suha 32 series simple power supply vehicle, was connected to the Sasebo formation.
Updated to current specifications, including body-mounting of the coupler on the locomotive connection side of Kani 22 and Nahanef 22, and reproduction of the interior of the conductor's room of Nahanef 21.
