●The Seibu Railway 40000 series is a commuter train that was introduced in 2017. It features bright coloring that evokes the scenery and nature along the line. It is Seibu Railway's first long/cross seat convertible car, with a toilet in car 4, and is characterized by its use as a reserved seat train such as the S-TRAIN and Haijima Liner. Toyoko Line, and Yokohama Minatomirai Line.
